Terms and Conditions
This site is run by me, William Drumm, an underwater photographer and filmmaker based in Colorado, trading through Drumm Media LLC. If anything here is unclear, email me at info@williamdrumm.com and I will explain it in plain language.
The images are mine
Every photograph, video, caption and piece of writing on this site is my own work and stays my copyright. Buying a print buys you the physical object and the right to hang it, look at it and enjoy it in your home or business. It does not transfer copyright or give you any right to reproduce the image.
Without written permission from me, you may not:
- copy, scan, photograph or reproduce a print for resale or redistribution
- use any image on this site for commercial or promotional purposes
- crop, alter or add an image to a product, design or NFT
- use any image, in whole or in part, to train an artificial intelligence model or dataset
Licensing is a real part of my business and I am happy to talk. Editorial, commercial and personal licenses are available on most of my archive. Email info@williamdrumm.com with what you need and where it will run.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the sale is complete when I confirm it by email. If a price or product description is wrong because of a genuine error, I can cancel the order and refund you in full before it goes into production.
Prints and apparel are made to order. That means production begins after you buy, and the piece is made specifically for you.
Payment
Card payments are processed by WooPayments. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by me or by this website.
Production, shipping and delivery
Fine art prints are produced by Prodigi, a print partner with production facilities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Apparel is produced by Tapstitch. Your order is made at the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps shipping fast and the carbon lower.
- Production usually takes two to four business days
- Shipping is included in the price of every print, anywhere in the world
- Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are your responsibility, not mine
Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is outside my control.
Color, screens and paper
Every screen renders color differently, and every material handles it differently again. A print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper will look softer and warmer than the same image on acrylic, which is exactly why I offer both. Small variations between what you see on your monitor and what arrives in the tube are normal and are not a fault.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, my returns policy is specific. Please read the Refund and Returns Policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective or simply wrong, I will fix it.
Certificates of authenticity
Every fine art print ships with a printed certificate of authenticity carrying the title of the work and a facsimile of my signature. It is not hand signed.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your login. Tell me straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Newsletter
Joining my list is opt in and leaving it is one click. I do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone.

This site links out to partners, conservation organizations and my agency, Drumm Media. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites I do not run.
Limitation of liability
I stand behind my work, and if something goes wrong with an order I will make it right. Beyond that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim connected to this site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Colorado.
Changes
I may update these terms as the business changes. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
