Privacy Policy
This site is run by William Drumm, trading through Drumm Media LLC in Colorado, United States. I am the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me at info@williamdrumm.com.
The short version: I collect what I need to send you a print and to write the occasional email you asked for. I do not sell your data, and I never will.
What I collect
- Order information: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment information: handled entirely by WooPayments. Your card number goes straight to the payment processor. I never see it and this website never stores it.
- Account information: if you create an account, your username, email and order history.
- Newsletter information: your email address and first name, if you choose to subscribe.
- Messages: whatever you write to me through the contact form or by email.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived, collected through cookies and analytics.
Why I use it
- To produce, ship and support your order, which requires sharing your address with my print partner
- To answer your messages
- To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it
- To understand what people read and buy, so I can make better work and a better shop
- To keep the site secure and to meet my tax and legal obligations
Who I share it with
Only the companies that make this business run, and only what they need:
- Prodigi, my fine art print partner, receives your name, address and order so it can make and ship your print
- Tapstitch, my apparel partner, receives the same for apparel orders
- WooPayments processes card payments
- HubSpot stores contact records and sends my newsletter
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console tell me how the site is used
- Meta receives pixel data if you arrived from Facebook or Instagram
- SiteGround hosts the site and its backups
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. If I am ever legally required to disclose information, I will, and I will tell you unless the law prevents me.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies to run the cart and your login, analytics cookies to count visits, and marketing pixels to measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The essential ones are needed for checkout to work.
How long I keep it
- Order records: seven years, because tax law requires it
- Account details: until you ask me to delete the account
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
- Contact form messages: up to two years
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email me and ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. I will do it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information under the CCPA and CPRA. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

International transfers
I am based in the United States and my service providers are largely US based. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred and processed there, under the safeguards those providers have in place.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes I will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
